Lisa Gilinsky

Lisa Gilinsky is a Certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and Integrative Health Coach who has worked with private clients for over a decade. Lisa specializes in autoimmune disease, inflammation, anxiety, depression, child development and chronic illness. In addition to her Health Coaching work, Lisa is a certified yoga teacher through Yoga Alliance and Kundalini University. Her experience includes health coaching and kundalini teaching at a mental health center where she created nutrition programs, presented webinars, and taught hundreds of business leaders and their employees how to improve mental wellness through dietary and somatic interventions.

Lisa began her journey of understanding the intersection of food, nutrition and neurology after healing her son from early phases of two different autoimmune diseases, using primarily diet and supplementation. Lisa cured herself from an autoimmune disease that she had suffered with for over two decades. As a mother and someone who reversed her own chronic disease, Lisa’s background enables her to relate to her clients and help guide them with deep empathy, patience, and practical support that works best for their unique circumstances. She inspires and coaches clients to create attainable incremental changes as they reach and maintain their personal and family goals.

Prior to her career in health and nutrition, Lisa practiced law and worked in politics. Her background as a professional problem solver, researcher and advocate helps her see obstacles from all angles and thoroughly analyze complex problems. Lisa received her BA from the University of Michigan and holds a JD from Rutgers Law School.
